| Please contact me within one week of receiving your item of your intent to return it.At that time,the customer will be asked to choose between receiving a replacement item,if possible,or having the purchase price refunded.
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase,as well as items arriving damaged.I will pay return shipping on items that are defective,arrived damaged or were incorrectly shipped.Reimbursement will be through PayPal,so the customers e-mail address will be asked for.
If the customer chooses to return a product due to a change of mind,the customer assumes responsibility for shipping charges.
Items must be returned in original packaging.
Original item must be received before replacement or refund takes place.

| Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 5:00PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 5:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by our Store or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
I ship via USPS,UPS and FED EX.
For US and Canadian orders,packages under 13 ounces will ship more economically through First Class. First Class packages are not given a tracking number.
Packages 14 ounces and over can ship UPS,Parcel Post or Priority.Usually,packages 2 pounds and under ship economically through Priority Mail.
Large packages ship for less through UPS.
For International orders,shipping costs DO NOT include duties and customs fees. These are the responsibility of the customer.International First Class does not include a tracking number,but I will notify you when the package is shipped and forward the customs form number when provided with the customers e-mail address.For International customers,please contact me for a shipping quote before ordering your item.
If your order total is $50.00 or more before adding shipping charges,your shipping is free. This offer is available within the 50 states only.
I do not charge for shipping to APO Boxes/Military bases,regardless of item total.Please contact me ASAP if you were charged shipping to these addresses so I may refund your charges immediately.
All shipping costs are the exact prices. You pay what I pay. There is no "mark-up" of shipping charges.This is simply the method of getting your purchase to you-it is not used as an area of profit.
Packages that contain items valued at $50.00 and higher will be insured at no cost to the customer. Delivery Confirmation is included with insurance.USPS specifies that the insurance covers only the exact cost of the contents of the package.
UPS provides insurance in increments of $100,with the first $100 free of charge. I will not charge if insurance needs to go above $100.
I cannot ship to an unconfirmed address,using PayPal standards. If your address or the person you wish to ship to is unconfirmed through PayPal,you must go through their process to become confirmed before I can ship your item. This is to protect both the buyer and the seller from any loss of funds during the transaction.I'm very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
